The Babi Italia crib LifeStyle version will convert from a crib, to a toddler bed, to a day bed to a full size bed. This is a piece of furniture that can last your child from newborn all the way until they are a teen. And again, if necessary, the day bed can be used for guests in a spare bedroom. All guard rails (for a toddler bed) are sold separately but there are pieces of the crib that can be used as a headboard and a footboard so there will be no additional pieces needed for turning the crib into a full size bed.
All Babi Italia cribs meet the Consumers Products Safety Commission standards and all their products are warranted. This includes a 5 year limited warranty on all cribs purchased after January 2008.
